PuraSeva is an application developed and monitored by the in-house team of Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration of Andhra Pradesh in order to facilitate the Public Grievance, tax collections from the public, encompassing property tax, water tax. This application offers user registration and login features, enabling individuals to complete their payments through an integrated payment system. Registration or login are required for users. By simply entering their phone number, users can initiate payment collection for property tax, water tax. The purpose of this information is solely to retrieve user records from our server and facilitate payment using the third party gateway CFMS.

- Collection: PuraSeva uses the phone number provided by users to fetch the required records.
- Usage: The permissions for Internet access, WiFi status, and network state are used solely to ensure server connectivity and inform users of their connection status.
User Control Rights
Users have the right to review, modify, or delete their data by using the "Raising a Ticket" by sending an email to pmu_cdma@cdma.gov.in. This ensures that the user is in control of their personal information and can address any concerns they may have about their data.
