We are happy to conduct “Smart pulse survey” as it will be an effective way of ensuring the Govt.
schemes that will reach the beneficiary people by collecting the individual data. Officially this survey is
named as Praja Sadhikara Survey.
SMART PULSE SURVEY Andhra Pradesh Smart Pulse survey 2016 main cause is to collect the details of all
citizens in Andhra Pradesh. Up to now they don’t have correct details of the citizens in all departments,
so they are conducting this AP Smart Pulse survey 2016. Officially this survey is named as Praja
Sadhikara Survey. Every citizen of Andhra Pradesh has to participate in this AP Integrated family survey
2016-17. They have to submit proofs when the officers asked. This survey is going to start after Ramzan.
Commissioner has arranged all the tabs with AP Smart Pulse App. AP Govt also launched an official
website prajasadhikarasurvey.ap.gov.in for this smart pulse survey to give current status and process
going on to all people. Smart pulse survey process: They are going to start this Smart Pulse survey
process in july month. To complete this Praja Sadhikara Survey Govt had arranged 36,000 groups to
finish this task and Govt is issuing 1 lakhs tabs for the employees to complete this survey. They have to
enter all the details of the candidates into the tab. Authorities will collect details from each family in the
duration of 20 minutes survey; all people should cooperate to this survey process. This information is
shared with all departments of the Andhra Pradesh. “Every officer will collect information from 500
families; daily they have to collect information from 14 families. Govt selected employees for this survey
process. So citizens of Andhra Pradesh must cooperate with the Govt to complete this survey
successfully” says commissioner . Documents required for AP Praja Sadhikara Survey: Aadhaar card
,Ration card, Voter id, Property tax, Electricity bill, Driving license, Vehicle registration car, Gas book,
Bank account book, Physically handicapped certificate, Water bill, Caste certificate, Income certificate,
Kisan card, Pinchan document proof, Employment exchanges job card, Dwakra holder card, Birth
certificate, Scholarship details.
