• Check for Google Play store image on your android smart phone.
• Type puraseva at search box

                              Puraseva Mobile Application Features and Usage

1.     Click on puraseva image on search result to see the installation screen.
2.     Click on “Install” Button to install the app and you can find the end result .

1.      Click on “Open” Button to open the puraseva app
2.      Click on “Create an Account” to create an account and enter the details as required and click “register” button. Password must contain      one upper case, lower case, number and one special characters and length is 8-32 characters .

1.   On Successful completion of the register page you would receive OTP to complete the registration formality and take you to the home page.

      Note : You can see Portal activation code SMS from DM-CDMASM .

•   Grievances:                                                                                                

1. It is first of its kind. Citizen can register his/her Grievances through his mobile app (puraseva) and send the complaint directly to the respective functionary.
2. On successful grievance citizen and Municipal functionary gets a sms alert to the respective mobiles.
3. This alert consists of CRN number which can used to track / reopen the ticket.
4. Has the facility to see his list of grievances as list.

   2. By Name
   3. By Phone Number
   4. By Door Number

        Note: Citizen can make payment through mobile using his/her visa/master card.

1. Citizen can Search Vacant Land tax details by the following :
   
   1. By Assessment Number
   2. By Name
   3. By Phone Number
   4. By Door Number
